Summary: Cindy, Riley and Lulu want to bring in musical guests during rehearsals for Funny Random Comedy which they need approval from the studio president "Marvin", which when Marvin brings in lame bands Cindy and Riley go against him to bring in metal bands. Meanwhile Big bird and Elmo need to come up with the next sketch together.
